Ahh! My legs feel like Jell-O and I'm soaked in sweat--but I feel amazing!
I wonder if I have the strength to stand up to take a hot shower before making dinner for my husband. We shall see. :)
First and foremost since this is my first post on this site, I feel I should explain my plan so far...
Day one was last Friday, I took the weekend off because that was the first time I had worked out in almost a year, so I wanted to ease into it. My legs were hurting like something terrible and I didn't want to over-do it just starting out.
I started out with 30 Day Shred; level one (of course) and it nearly killed me, haha.
Today was day two, and I did BBL's High & Tight (it's a butt/leg workout), and then another round of Shred; level one. It totaled to be right at an hour, which is suffice. My overall goal for the month of April is to lose at LEAST 15 lbs, I know it seems like a stretch, but I'll accept a minimum of 10 lbs. I'd like to lose at least 1-2 pant sizes, and at least 4 inches off my waist, but time will tell how realistic my goals are.
I'm not sure on my exact weight, but I do have all of my measurements which I will post tomorrow, or later today. (I'm really due for a shower, hah)
I don't think I'm ballsy enough to post any before pictures just yet, but I will later on as I start to make progress, after all this is just my first full week into this so I don't plan on seeing any changes, other than shakey legs for at least a week. I'm getting a new scale on the first so I'll post my weight then, I'll probably just hold off on the measurements until then too, I suppose.
Anyways!
My husband will be home from work soon, so I need to shower, clean up a tad and start preparing some dinner.
