Ouch!

So day three was just a 20 minute ab workout. I lied when I said the workout would be 40 minutes, there are two work outs per DVD and I guess I was counting that one too. (I would have done H&T but I needed to get started on dinner for my husband.)
BUT-- I decided to give my legs a break today and focused on my abs, and ohmygoodness!
I may have cheated a tad on this because it was so brutal-- brutal in a sense that it's been way too long, I pushed through and made it though. I'll get better. :)

I think tomorrow I'll try this new "sculpt" workout. It came with the BBL series, it's basically Shred without the cardio. I think I'll do that with H&T and then Thursday pick back up with Shred.
I'm just trying to keep every day different so that my body never gets used to anything, so that it's constantly challenged and (hopefully) changing.
I have a weigh in coming up at the end of the week. Sooo excited!
